The Minskoff Theatre does not provide ticket refunds or exchanges.
Star Performer Absenteeism:
Refunds are not granted in the event of cast replacements.

PATRON POLICIES
Dress Code:
There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performance, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air conditioned throughout the year.
Policy for Children:
Disney on Broadway performances are recommended for a general audience. As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, Disney recommends its productions for ages 6 and up. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Disney’s show run approximately two and half hours, including intermission. A limited number of booster seats are available on a first come first served basis.
Late Seating Policy:
The seating procedure for latecomers varies by seat section. Generally speaking, late patrons who are seated in the front orchestra are held in the auditorium until approximately twenty-five minutes after the performance begins. They are then escorted directly to their seats by an usher.
Policy on Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in the Minskoff Theatre.

AMENITIES
Bar:
There are two bars in the main lobby, two bars located on the theatre’s orchestra level, and two bars located on the mezzanine where various mixed drinks, sodas, and candy can be purchased. However, water and the special commemorative beverage cups are the only beverages permitted in the auditorium. No outside food or beverage, except water, is permitted in the theatre.
The bars begin serving patrons 45 minutes before the performance begins.
Restrooms:
Male and female restrooms are located on the orchestra and mezzanine levels of the theatre.
Cloakroom:
Cloakroom service is available to patrons during the winter months.
Concessions:
The producers of The Lion King provide numerous stations throughout the theatre where a wide variety of souvenirs can be purchased.

ACCESS
Policy for our Patrons with Disabilities:
$51.25* tickets are available for patrons in wheelchairs. As a courtesy, patrons in wheelchairs are permitted to purchase one additional ticket at $51.25* for his or her companion. Wheelchair tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the theatre box office or by calling 212.869.0550. The last row of the orchestra is wheelchair accessible. This theatre has access to escalators and limited access to an elevator.

Wheelchair Accessible Restroom:
The Minskoff is equipped with handicapped restrooms on the theatre’s orchestra level, as well as on the mezzanine level. They can be accessed via a main lobby elevator that is strictly designated for guests with disabilities.
Seat Accessibility:
There are designated wheelchair and companion seats in the rear of the orchestra section or on the mezzanine. These locations are the ONLY ones that do not involve steps. All levels are accessible via the main lobby elevator that is designated for guests with disabilities. (See seating chart.)
Services for our Patrons with Disabilities:
Theatre representatives are available to met physically challenged theatergoers in the lobby of the building to escort them to designated wheelchair accessible areas via elevators of escalators. The main lobby level of the theatre is not accessible by elevators.
Policy on Guide Dogs and Service Animals:
Although animals are not permitted in the theatre, an exception is made for guide dogs and service animals. Please inform your ticket sales representative if any accommodations are required.
Sound Enhancement:
Headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit.

SECURITY
Patron Security:
For the protection of our patrons, theatre managers and private security personnel are on duty during all performances.
Bag Checks:
Purses, briefcases, and large bags may be inspected upon arrival. For your convenience, we recommend refraining from bringing large bags to the theatre.
